Kristyn Fish

Kristyn lives in Gilbert with her loving husband, Dan, and their two amazing children, Danni Rose (11) and A.J. (9). After sixteen years of undiagnosed and debilitating symptoms, her sister-in-law, Becky Kearney, suggested Kristyn go to Envita for Lyme Disease testing. Becky had attended an Educate and Motivate night about Lyme Disease and realized Kristyn had all of the symptoms. In June of 2010, Envita diagnosed Kristyn with Lyme Disease, Epstein-Barr and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Unfortunately, Kristyn passed these illnesses to her children while pregnant. Kristyn, Danni and A.J. are successfully being treated by Envita and as of late 2011, their Lyme is nearly eradicated!

In March of 2010, A.J. was diagnosed with Type 1 (Juvenile) Diabetes. The Foundation and Envita are fervently looking for ways to cure this distressing, lifelong disease. Kristyn was asked to join the board as the Foundation’s Grant Writer in an effort to raise money to help children receive the treatment they so desperately need from devastating illnesses and to educate families on proper nutrition. Kristyn wanted to help repay the Foundation for all of the support they have given to A.J. and joined the board as a volunteer in October 2010. In May of 2011, Kristyn became the Foundation’s Secretary. In January of 2013, Kristyn was voted in as the Executive Vice President.

Kristyn’s duties include web administration and maintenance, bookkeeping, processing Angel applications, grant writing, communicating with the families we sponsor and Envita, ordering and shipping of merchandise, administrating our Facebook account, creation of flyers and presentations for our events, communicating with our donors, answering our web-based email inquiries and voice mails, and writing tax and thank you letters to our donors. Kristyn attends and works at every event we have, whether in the Phoenix area, out of state, or out of the Country
